How to search for purchasing activity that is already matched or ignored
To see a list of all your purchase activity, follow these steps:
- Go to Purchases > Purchase Activity (POS)
- Select Filters to see the Include Ignored check box. Select Include Ignored.
Status
- Matched purchase orders will have a status circle that is filled in blue.
- Ignored purchase orders will have a status circle that is filled in gray
- Unmatched purchased orders will have a status circle that is not filled in.
