How to match a transaction to a payment plan

Once a payment plan is set up, the matching algorithm will automatically look for it in the Matching page.  If you need to search for a payment plan, follow these steps:

• Select Find on the transaction row. 
• Select the Payment Plans tab.
• Select the checkbox for the matching payment plan.
• Select Match in the bottom right corner.
