Why aren't my Ticket Evolution payments being found in the POS?
Most likely, your Ticket Evolution isn't set up properly. Go to the Payloop > Credentials and select Advanced Options within the Ticket Evolution tile. You have two Advanced Options from which to choose:
- Remove dash from order id for lookup
- Use the shortened order id for lookup
If your remittance data has a dash in the middle of the invoice id, but your Watchlist data doesn't, then make this selection.
