How to set up Ticket Network and Mercury

In an effort to ease the password maintenance for both Ticket Network and Mercury marketplaces, we ask customers to provide Reveal Markets with a unique username.  By doing so, we can update our own access credentials, thereby improving our service while decreasing your work.  You will still have full control to manage our access credentials if you wish to alter or terminate them at a later date.

Would you please email support@ticketnetwork.com requesting that they provide Reveal Markets access to your billing statements.   Please specify that you're requesting access for both Ticket Network and Mercury for all customer id's (or Bid #'s).
We've provided the language for you to cut and paste into an email.
" Please provide Reveal Markets with their own access credentials to our account so that they may access our billing statements for Ticket Network and Mercury. Thank you. " 

Note:  While waiting for Ticket Network to respond, you can insert your own credentials.  This allows us to pull data during the interim.  A Reveal representative will update your credentials once Ticket Network responds.
