How to setup SeatGeek

Invoice Reconciler requires an API token for SeatGeek. If you use an autoprocessor like 1Ticket or Cloakify, you can use the same API token that is in their Credentials sections.

If you can't find your token, please email SeatGeek at sellers@seatgeek.com , and provide your broker name and ask them to provide you with your "uploader API token."

Please note that your uploader API token will need to be updated if you change autoprocessors (from 1Ticket to Cloakify, as an example).

We also request that you insert your username and password for the SeatGeek portal. Although these are optional fields, it helps to ensure smoother service.
