GoTickets: Setting up Credentials

In order for Reveal Markets to import your invoices and remittances from GoTickets, Reveal accesses your account data via an API Token and Secret Key. The API token and Secret Key are generated in the GoTickets Seller Central portal. When generating a new token, you will see both an Access ID and a Secret key on your screen.  Reveal will need both of these added into the GoTickets marketplace area within your Reveal portal, as well as a current username and password for your GoTickets portal.


To Generate the API token you will need:


  1. Log into GoTickets Seller Central Portal: sc.gotickets.com/login:

  1. Click Account Settings:

  1. Select API (after clicking Account Settings):

  1. Click +Add an API Token:


  1. API Access ID and optional Secret key will be generated at this point :

Inputting Primary GoTickets Credentials into Reveal Markets


  1. Log into Reveal:


  1. Select Credential Page from the Dropdown Menu under INVOICES:

  1. Select the Go Tickets Tile:

  1. Input the Primary Username and Password you use to log into GoTickets along with the API Access ID and Secret Key that was generated in the GoTickets Seller Central Portal:

  1. Then click the circle to the left of Enabled. It will turn green with a white check mark.

  1. Click Save in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

You're Done!


From there Reveal Markets will be able to apply this information to your account, start to import payments as well as manage any new API updates.

Common Questions

  1. Do I need to keep my master credentials up to date within the Reveal Markets portal?

Yes! To ensure we are able to fix one off discrepancies we always require your username and password to be entered within your Reveal Markets portal.


  1. Why do I need to keep those credentials up to date if Reveal Markets has API access?

Although we do have API access and are able to import the majority of data, there are one-off issues that need to be manually addressed.


  1. I see an API access ID in the Seller portal, is that the one you want?

We would suggest you click “+ Add an API token” in the Seller Portal to generate a new API access ID (API token) and secret key.  That API ID is most likely tied to another application so you will want to generate a new one.


  1. Do you Require both the API token and the Secret Key?

Yes we do, both are required.


  1. If I had already been selling with GoTickets, once integrated, will Reveal be able to bring in remittances retroactively?

Yes, we will be able to bring in all retroactive remittances.
